The same document says consent can be withdrawn if the owner or animal does not comply. It also places responsibility on a unit owner for occupiers and invitees. A tenant should therefore check both the tenancy contract and current community process instead of relying on a verbal “pet-friendly” assurance.

Travel times depend on the gate, traffic and road works, so route them from your exact home rather than accepting a generic “minutes away” claim. Save one daytime clinic and one after-hours option before an emergency happens.
When choosing a clinic, ask whether it is licensed for the care your pet needs, whether diagnostics are performed on site, how overnight cases are monitored, and how records are shared. No pet groomer or veterinary clinic was visible in MAF’s public DISTRIKT tenant page when this guide was checked. That observation can change, and it does not prove that a resident-only or newly opened service is unavailable.

Star Vet’s official Sports City branch page lists a head groomer, so grooming may be available alongside clinical care; that is a provider statement, not a Best of TAG recommendation. Every day: leash the dog, carry waste bags, avoid blocking paths and keep the animal from creating a nuisance.
